Our Team

Alefiya completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Texas at Austin. She continued on to attain her MBA. Alefiya had a successful career in the financial industry before transitioning to the healthcare sector. Her passion towards patient care and specifically aesthetics began as she started to manage medical practices over 10 years ago. Alefiya is proud to operate a medspa that is dedicated to using the latest technologies and only carries FDA approved products. She has received extensive training from Lumenis and Alma. When asked what sets Precision Light and Laser apart from any other spa she will tell you, “If we do not believe in it you won’t find it here. Our office staff and I utilize every service we offer. We treat our clients like family.” She is always available to answer any questions you may have and strives to provide the highest level of customer service possible.

Alefiya is an avid snow skier/boarder, loves to travel and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She and Dr. Ghadiali have one daughter and three sons. They are active members in the community and are involved in various charitable causes.

Romina has worked in the health industry for over 15 years. This experience gives her the ability to assist clients in developing well-rounded treatment plans for all skincare needs.

Passionate about her ability to help others, Romina enjoys meeting and talking to new people and providing them with the information needed to keep up with life’s changes. She is enthusiastic and passionate about patient care. She helps guide all our patients through their experiences at Precision Light and Laser, always ensuring they feel happy and content with their treatment decisions. Romina loves music, cooking, and spending time with her beautiful family.

Anne has been involved in health care for over 10 years and is highly skilled and trained in laser and skin treatments. She is an integral member of our family here at Precision Light and Laser. She oversees all administrative tasks along with providing aesthetic treatments and always exceeds patient expectations.

Anne prides herself on being a great listener and providing meticulous patient care. She always makes our patients feel at home with a customized treatment plan and ensures that they have the best experience possible. Anne considers herself a foodie and an animal lover, with two dogs and two horses. She is a proud new mom to a precious little girl.

Emily has a background in customer service and a passion for health care. She is trained and experienced in creating laser treatment plans and providing services. In addition to conducting office administrative needs, she is also involved in planning company events, marketing and donating our services to local schools and charities.

Emily believes being actively involved in the Fort Lauderdale community is a great way to connect with our patients. Emily has a warm and friendly disposition and accomplishes every task with our patient's best interest in mind. Emily loves nature, animals, traveling, and relaxing at the beach.
